Principal's Message

We are a K – 8 school offering all the services of a big school, with the added bonus of being a small school family. This allows us to provide extra care and attention to our students. Here at Pense School, we are dedicated to our school values: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Positive, Strive for Excellence.

 

Our school is well equipped with portable technology for student use: laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and a Wi-Fi network that students and guests may access with their own devices. Classrooms all include SMARTBoards, projectors, and audio systems. We are here to provide students with an excellent 21st century education, setting them up for success no matter where their paths take them.

 

We offer many extra-curricular activities in the arts and athletics. As well, our active SLC provides a number of activities for the students to participate in throughout the year.

 

High quality academic programming is delivered throughout the school and the PVSD offers a direct service delivery model to assist our students with their learning needs. We are well-supported by our School Community Council. All parties are committed to the overall well-being of our students and their educational programming. Pense School staff is always working diligently and dedicating energy to improving literacy and numeracy skills, while supporting mental health and student well-being. Pense School is a wonderful place to be, and we are happy to have the opportunity to be a part of a thriving community!
